Concluding a vibrant summer, Thanh Hoa tourism is ready to welcome visitors to explore the autumn-winter travel season. To date, many attractive tourism stimulus programs have been implemented and launched by tourism businesses, initially attracting the attention of a large number of tourists.

Currently, tourism stimulus programs for the autumn-winter season are being actively implemented by tourism service businesses, with service discounts ranging from 10% to 25%. Specifically, from September 5th until the end of the year, tourism units and businesses in the province will coordinate to offer attractive stimulus packages focusing on beach resorts, community-based ecotourism, and MICE tourism (tourism combined with conferences and seminars)... These are the strong "off-season" tourism products of Thanh Hoa province in recent years. Along with that are stimulus packages linking with provinces in the North, Central, and Southeast regions.

In addition, there are diverse linked tours ranging from 2 days 1 night to 5 days 4 nights, connecting Thanh Hoa with other localities nationwide, such as: Thanh Hoa - Thung Nai - Exploring Hoa Binh Hydroelectric Power Plant; Thanh Hoa - Hanoi - Sa Pa - Ham Rong Mountain - Cat Cat Village - Conquering Fansipan Peak; Thanh Hoa - Hanoi - Cao Bang - Bac Kan - Ban Gioc Waterfall - Enjoying Then singing on Ba Be Lake; Thanh Hoa - Hanoi - Da Nang and Hue combined tour; Thanh Hoa - Hanoi - Da Nang - Ba Na Hills - Hoi An Ancient Town - Bay Mau Coconut Forest - Experiencing basket boat rowing. Although the number of tourists in the last months of the year is not large, some autumn-winter tourism products are very attractive to high-spending tourists, typically resort tourism and MICE tourism. To create appeal for this year's autumn-winter tour programs, Vietravel has launched the program "Autumn's Golden Path," with many attractive offers. In particular, for tours targeting the Thanh Hoa market, we focus on refreshing existing products and enhancing the experience for tourists in each tour. Along with that, we will research linking sightseeing and resort activities with key cultural, sports, and tourism events such as: the Flamingo Halloween Festival; the Ibiza Autumn Music Program; the Vietnam Cross-Country Marathon 2024; year-end gala events and New Year's Eve Countdown events.” "Tourism complexes and resorts in the province... aim to provide tourists with enjoyable experiences."

Building on the growth momentum from the peak summer tourist season, travel businesses in the province have been proactively developing many new tours to attract tourists in the final months of the year. These focus on beach resort tourism, eco-tourism, cultural-historical-spiritual tourism, and sports events... aiming to maximize the tourism potential throughout the year and enhance visitor experiences. Especially this autumn-winter season, the province is developing several new tourism experiences and products, creating a unique and distinctive experience compared to other localities in the region and strongly attracting international tourists. Specifically, products and several adventure sports and trekking tours exploring the western part of Thanh Hoa province are expected to be announced in September.

Also during the autumn-winter season, approximately 30 cultural, sports, and tourism events will be organized in various localities throughout the province. Many of these events are attractive and promise to offer visitors new and unique experiences, such as: the Ma River boat racing festival (Yen Dinh); the Lam Kinh festival (Tho Xuan); the Flamingo Halloween Festival and the Ibiza autumn music program (Hoang Hoa); the Muong Deng festival (Lang Chanh); the 2024 Vietnam Trail Marathon (Ba Thuoc); the New Rice Festival and traditional boat race (Thuong Xuan); the "Land and People of Tay Do" photo exhibition (Vinh Loc)...

With efforts to diversify tourism products and expand the tourism market, autumn-winter tourism activities are expected to contribute to boosting the growth of visitors to Thanh Hoa in the last months of the year. According to travel agencies, tourists from the Central Highlands and Southeast regions particularly enjoy autumn-winter tourism experiences, savoring the stunning natural landscapes amidst the cool, transitional weather. Therefore, in the last months of the year, Thanh Hoa province will continue to strengthen linkages, promotion, and marketing activities to the Central Highlands region, while also organizing domestic famtrip and presstrip delegations to survey and develop interconnected tourism tours.
