This judge shared about his journey to lose 27kg that, unlike many other celebrities who choose weight loss injections, his secret lies in his eating habits, specifically eliminating certain foods.
According to The Mirror, in 2019, Cowell initially lost over 9kg thanks to adopting a vegan diet. In April 2022, he shared with The Sun that he had adjusted his diet again. This time, he completely eliminated dairy, sugar, bread (all foods containing gluten) and red meat. He insisted that cutting out all of those things really made a difference.
Cowell also shared with The Sun: "The most impressive stage was the first month, when most of the weight came off and I looked in the mirror and thought 'wow'."
The judge used to have a habit of eating fast food and unhealthy food, but cutting out those foods has helped him drop up to four pant sizes.

In addition to changing his eating habits, Simon Cowell also limited his alcohol intake on the advice of his doctor. He once shared with Extra TV: "My first thought was 'what about alcohol?'. The doctor said: 'Maybe I shouldn't drink as much as before' and I did, which was good."

According to The Express, he still abstains from the above mentioned foods and regularly eats white meat such as chicken breast and lots of green vegetables.
