HDBank receives Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2025.

On October 8th, in Hanoi, HDBank continued to make its mark at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2025 (VDX Awards), organized by the Vietnam Digital Communication Association (VDCA), in the category of "Key Digital Transformation Solutions for the Banking Industry".

The award recognizes HDBank 's pioneering efforts and outstanding achievements in its comprehensive digital transformation journey, with its trio of leading modern digital platforms: Digital Core Thought Machine - a next-generation core banking system, a platform for flexibility and personalization; the "Go HDBank" digital banking super app for individual customers, integrating multiple utilities and a smart experience; and the "Go HDBiz" digital banking platform for corporate customers, supporting efficient financial management and operations.

Previously, this solution set was selected as one of 250 key projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day (1945-2025), becoming a highlight of the banking industry in the national digital transformation process.

At HDBank, digital business activities in the first half of 2025 continued to grow strongly: 75% of new customers came from digital channels, the number of online transactions increased by 51%, and 94% of individual customer transactions were conducted through digital platforms. Alongside this, the bank is accelerating the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in management, training, operations, and customer care – aiming for a comprehensive, personalized, and open-connected digital financial ecosystem.
