At its 11th session, the Ky Anh District People's Council will assess the results of implementing socio-economic, national defense and security goals in 2023 and the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for 2024; and hear several reports and proposals.

In 2023, the total value of products in Ky Anh district at current prices was estimated at over 8,850 billion VND (107.79% of the plan); average per capita income was 49.09 million VND/year; budget revenue in the district reached 198 billion VND (100% of the plan); production value per unit area was 94.5 million VND/ha (108.6% of the plan).
The New Rural Development program has gradually deepened and achieved comprehensive results. The entire district has 20 out of 20 communes meeting the New Rural Development standards; 5 communes meeting the advanced New Rural Development standards; 1 commune meeting the model New Rural Development standards; 118 out of 153 villages meeting the model New Rural Development residential area standards; 9 out of 9 criteria meeting the New Rural Development district criteria; and Ky Dong commune has met the criteria for a type V urban area. In 2024, Ky Anh district set the following targets: total product value at current prices reaching over 10,230 billion VND; total production value per unit area reaching 100 million VND/ha; budget revenue of 193.65 billion VND; average per capita income over 52 million VND/year; at least 3 communes achieving advanced new rural area standards, 1 commune achieving model new rural area standards, and 5 villages achieving model new rural residential area standards.
The 11th session of the Ky Anh District People's Council will take place over two days (December 21-22). Following the opening session, delegates will conduct a vote of confidence for those elected by the District People's Council; ask and answer questions; and pass resolutions of the session.
