The Brazilian striker joined the Red Devils for a transfer fee of £62.5 million from Wolves.
Matheus Cunha has signed a five-year contract, with the option of a further 12 months. According to the Telegraph, the 26-year-old's salary has also been significantly increased.

When he played for Wolves, Cunha received a salary of 120,000 pounds/week. At Old Trafford, his salary increased to 200,000 pounds/week.
That means Cunha's salary is equivalent to what Antony received from MU, but less than some other stars like Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford or Mason Mount.
At the age of 33, Casemiro is the highest-paid player at the Manchester team, £375,000/week.
Captain Bruno Fernandes and Rashford are right behind, earning £325,000 a week. While Mason Mount earns £250,000 a week.
Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes, Rashford and Antony are all likely to leave this summer. That would help MU reduce the wage bill significantly.
