Thai An's musical talent has been proven through many international music competitions.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (born in 1984), from Phu Duc commune ( Hung Yen province) could not hide her joy and proudly shared: This is an international art event, held in Vietnam, including both a festival and a competition for young talents in the art field this year, the event attracted contestants from 8 countries and territories, including: Korea, Shanghai (China), Hong Kong (China), Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Baby Thai An and his mother have participated in many international music competitions together.
With excitement and stable performance, Thai An excellently completed two exams (song 1: Prelude, composed by Giuseppe Concone; song 2: Summer toccatina, composed by Robert Vandall) to the applause of the Jury as well as the audience present at the auditorium of the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
Ms. Luu Lan Phuong, a lecturer at May Space Music Academy, shared: "Thai An is a girl with a passion for the piano and an ability to appreciate music. During the process of teaching her, I was impressed by her perseverance, discipline and ability to concentrate."
With a perfect performance, through 2 high-rhythm and high-difficulty tests, Thai An was awarded the Gold Prize by the Jury at the Rising Stars International Arts Festival & Competition Viet Nam 2025.
Previously, Thai An won the Silver Prize at the Piano Competition at the May Space Little Stars Festival 2022; the Gold Prize at the Piano Competition Little Stars Festival 2023, and the Gold Prize at the Piano Competition Little Stars Festival 2025.
Ms. Luu Lan Phuong, a lecturer at May Space Music Academy, is the one who guides Thai An's musical skills at international music competitions.
Ms. Huong (Thai An's mother) confided: In addition to pursuing her musical career, the family pays close attention to and monitors her academic performance in high school. We are very proud that our child has been able to balance his time appropriately for studying, having been an excellent student for 5 consecutive years.
Sharing with reporters, Thai An said: “I will try my best to show my ability with my love for music. I hope to try my hand at more international music competitions to learn from the best contestants in the world, bringing glory to my beloved Vietnam.”
