The Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City has concluded its response to the teachers’ petition regarding the signs of violations by the Principal of Thai Phien High School. The verification results show that this principal has committed many violations.

According to the conclusion of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hao - Principal of Thai Phien High School - committed violations in purchasing assets, teaching equipment, and minor repairs of facilities that did not comply with bidding regulations.

According to the contract for painting the classrooms, 3 layers of Nippon paint were used, but in reality, only 1 layer of Pluto paint was used. The documents lacked a proposal from the department in charge of facilities, a submission, and a report on the evaluation of the contractor selection plan.

In addition, after verification, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City discovered violations at Thai Phien High School in declaring but not paying teachers for grading semester exams and participating in training and professional skills.

Regarding the payment of emulation coefficient for the title of excellent performance, the principal paid to the wrong subject according to regulations with an amount of more than 31.2 million VND.
