In France, residents of Paris had the opportunity to witness musical performances by artists at the Chinese Cultural Center in the city. The Ambassadors of Switzerland, Canada, Norway, and the Chargé d'affaires ad interim of the New Zealand Embassy in Vietnam sent best and meaningful wishes to the Vietnamese people on the occasion of the Year of the Dragon.
