Support businesses to create QR Code for products

(QBĐT) - The provincial Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion has just organized instructions on creating QR Codes for businesses on the software supporting traceability of origin for typical agricultural products of Quang Binh province at http://truyxuatsp.quangbinhtrade.vn.

Students are guided to create QR Code.

In 2024, 10 businesses will be supported to create QR Codes for free to trace the origin of products, including: Hai Ninh Sweet Potato Production and Processing Cooperative, Ngu Trung Aquatic and Seafood Processing Cooperative, Nam La Agarwood Production and Trading Cooperative, Nhu Oanh Essential Oil Production Cooperative, Dien Hong Company Limited, Thanh Son Organic Agriculture Cooperative, Thu Son Cajeput Oil Cooperative, Tan Phat Production, Trading Services Cooperative, An Ma Farm General Cooperative, Thuy Mai Clean Medicinal Herbs Cooperative...

These are typical enterprises in applying e-commerce in production and business activities and have made many contributions in participating in trade promotion activities in recent times.

Applying technology to trace the origin of goods is extremely necessary, in the face of the increasingly complex and sophisticated problem of counterfeit goods. In particular, QR Code technology is considered an effective solution, helping manufacturers convey messages about the origin of goods and products, while meeting the transparency requirements from the production stage to the distribution process to consumers.

Therefore, supporting businesses in the province to apply digital technology solutions and trace product origin using QR Codes contributes to improving the competitiveness of businesses, creating conditions for businesses to break through in the domestic market and promote exports to the world market.
