Over the past period, the Fatherland Front of Ky Lac commune, along with its member organizations, has called for and mobilized billions of VND to build new houses, upgrade existing ones, create livelihoods, and provide model projects for families of war veterans, poor households, and households facing extreme difficulties.

Since the beginning of the year, Ky Lac commune has supported livelihood models such as cattle and chicken farming for 50 poor households to develop production with a total of 300 million VND; supported 30 poor households with medical examinations and treatment and helped 20 poor but academically excellent students with a total of 100 million VND; and called on organizations, individuals, and charitable groups to donate and support those suffering from serious illnesses with a total of 370 million VND.

Mr. Phan Van Duan, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Ky Lac commune, said: The Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has coordinated with departments and agencies to strengthen propaganda and mobilization efforts, maximizing resources to support livelihood models for poor households and families with difficult circumstances in the area. This has made a significant contribution to the sustainable poverty reduction efforts of the locality, helping people develop their economy and improve their lives.
