On the afternoon of July 15 in Hanoi, the press conference to announce the Vietnam Disability Fashion Show 2025 officially took place, introducing two accompanying ambassadors, Miss Vietnam 2024 Ha Truc Linh and inspirational speaker Nguyen Son Lam. The event marked an inspiring start for a humane fashion playground, honoring the strength and limitless beauty of the Vietnamese disabled community.

Taking on the role of ambassador for a community program for the first time, Ha Truc Linh impressed not only with her beauty queen title but also with her sincerity, friendliness and receptive attitude in her speech.
"I am very excited to accept the invitation to participate in the program and extremely honored to be here, in the role of ambassador - an inspiration to the disabled community. When I stand here, I myself have gone through a long process of learning and training to get to where I am today. I am a girl who has had many shortcomings and I believe that none of us are perfect. The important thing is that we always strive to develop, constantly learn to become better every day", Truc Linh shared.
She also expressed her admiration for the strong spirit of the disabled community - quiet but resilient people who constantly strive to improve and redefine the standards of beauty with their own will to live.

Accompanying her as ambassador is speaker Nguyen Son Lam - who is known for his achievement of climbing Fansipan peak despite being only 83cm tall. As a symbol of determination and aspiration, Son Lam has inspired millions of people over the years through volunteering, education and social media activities. He is likened to a "volcano" that lights up the belief and will to rise not only in the disabled community but also in society in general.
Vietnam Disability Fashion Show 2025 with the theme Shape of Will , will take place on August 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, promising to create an iconic fashion stage for inclusion and creativity. The program brings together 54 disabled models - representing 54 ethnic groups as a brilliant symphony of the spirit of overcoming oneself and the diverse beauty of the Vietnamese people.
One of the highlights of the program is the launch of the Kind Fashion Closet community project with 3 main activities: Kind Fashion Closet (building wardrobes at vocational training centers, disabled people's associations and schools); Kind Fabric Contribution (collecting and recycling excess fabric from garment factories and businesses); Kind Design ( inviting designers and the community to create clothes suitable for the physical condition and wishes of disabled people).
