In the opening segment, the soldiers directly participated in tank crew exercises involving maneuvering through minefields and attacking targets at a distance of 1,000m. Three tank crews were assigned: crew 114, commanded by Trang Phap, along with Tang Phuc, Linh Ngoc Dam, and PewPew; crew 112 with Hau Hoang, Thien An, Tim, and LyLy; and crew 043 with Binh An, Huynh Anh, and Linh Ngoc Dam. Unfortunately, Chi Pu was unable to participate due to health reasons, leaving many disappointed.

In this challenge, Tank Crew 114 finished first. The artists, experiencing tanks for the first time, all acknowledged the harsh conditions: hot, cramped, and stuffy. Tang Phuc, breathless, said, "It's very hot, very stuffy," while Linh Ngoc Dam was moved and admired the sacrifice of the soldiers. The moment Trang Phap held the national flag at the end of the competition created a deeply proud image.

While the tank challenge evoked emotion, the "ball-stealing" competition brought a vibrant atmosphere. This episode was strongly marked by Hoa Minzy – a "small but resilient female warrior." Facing Thien An, who possessed superior physical strength, and even being lifted and thrown to the ground, Hoa Minzy resolutely held onto the ball, helping her team win. Her tenacity impressed both her teammates and the audience, although she later needed medical attention due to back pain.

Another highlight was the showdown between the two captains, Huỳnh Anh and Bình An. Huỳnh Anh opted for an aggressive playing style, constantly taking to the field despite a knee dislocation injury in the final match. Conversely, Bình An played with a well-structured tactical approach, prioritizing team safety. These two contrasting styles created a battle of wits and excitement, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats and admiring their skills.

Episode 7 concluded with the return of Chi Pu. After withdrawing from the tank challenge due to health reasons, she unexpectedly appeared in the ball-stealing segment, strong and determined. The moment Chi Pu was pinned down by two opponents but still stood tall, her eyes resolute, became a touching detail and promised unexpected developments in the next episode.
