Attending the ceremony were representatives from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoai Nhon Dong ward; delegates from various departments, agencies, and associations; representatives from Party branches and residential groups; as well as relatives and family members of martyrs and local residents.

The three martyrs Ho Ha, Ho Thi Coi, and Ho Chung were siblings, born and raised in a family with a revolutionary tradition in Cong Luong village, Hoai My commune (now Cong Luong residential area, Hoai Nhon Dong ward). During the resistance war against the US, all three participated in the local militia, guerrilla forces, and civilian labor force. The martyrs bravely sacrificed their lives in 1964, 1967, and 1969. The noble sacrifice of the martyrs was recognized by the Party and the State, and they were posthumously awarded the Third Class Resistance Medal.

Before the spirits of the martyrs, delegates and the people respectfully offered incense and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the immense contributions of these outstanding individuals who dedicated their youth to the cause of national liberation.
The funeral ceremony was held solemnly and according to proper rituals, demonstrating the principle of "drinking water, remembering the source," and expressing the profound gratitude of the Party Committee, government, and people of Hoai Nhon Dong ward to the heroic martyrs, while also contributing to the education of revolutionary traditions for present and future generations.
