Hoan My has achieved ACHSI international certification for its entire system.

Hoan My Medical Group recently held a ceremony to announce the ACHSI international certification for its entire system. Accordingly, all 18 hospitals and clinics under the Group have officially been recognized for their quality by the Australian Commission on Health and Medical Standards (ACHSI).

Receiving the ACHSI international certification is the result of the continuous efforts of Hoan My Medical Group since August 2023, after Hoan My officially signed a cooperation agreement with ACHSI. Currently, Hoan My Medical Group serves the people of Vietnam through a diverse healthcare ecosystem including 15 hospitals and 3 affiliated clinics, under the brands: Hoan My, Hoan My Gold, Hanh Phuc, and Thuan My.

“Hoan My Medical Group is the first private healthcare system in Vietnam to achieve international standards across all its affiliated facilities. This achievement contributes to the Ministry of Health's implementation of the National Strategy for the Protection, Care, and Improvement of People's Health, as stipulated in Decision No. 89/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Health highly appreciates Hoan My's commitment to putting patients at the center, investing in infrastructure, training personnel, standardizing processes, and continuously improving quality. These are important contributions that help share the burden with the public healthcare system and strengthen public trust in private healthcare services,” said Dr. Dao Van Sinh, Head of the Ministry of Health's Office in Ho Chi Minh City and Chief of the Ministry of Health's Office.

At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Bui Chi Tinh, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, shared: “The fact that all units under Hoan My have simultaneously achieved the ACHSI international certification not only brings great pride to the city's health sector, but also makes a practical contribution to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, ensuring patient safety and increasing public satisfaction.”
