The comrade wished the children a happy Mid-Autumn Festival; hoping that they would always be well-behaved, strive in their studies and training, always be good children and good students, worthy of being Uncle Ho's good children. He requested that the local government, organizations, and associations regularly monitor the children's lives and studies, provide timely support, and create the best conditions and environment for their living, learning, and playing, helping them to develop comprehensively.

* Later that same day, Comrade Tran Minh Luc, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and presented 400 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children in An Hai commune (Ninh Phuoc district). Accompanying him were representatives from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Provincial Military Command.

During the visit, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council inquired about the children's studies and daily lives, wishing them to be well-behaved, excel in their studies, be united and loving towards each other, strive to achieve many accomplishments in their studies, and have a joyful and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival in 2024. He expressed his hope that local authorities, organizations, associations, and parents would always pay attention to creating the best conditions, a favorable and safe environment for the children to play and study, helping them develop comprehensively and become worthy children and good students, worthy grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

* Also on the afternoon of September 13th, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented 400 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children in Khanh Hai town (Ninh Hai district). Accompanying him were representatives from the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
