According to the 2024 university admissions plan, the tuition fee at the Diplomatic Academy ranges from 34 to 45 million VND per academic year.

Specifically, the majors in International Relations, English Language, International Economics , International Law, International Communication, and International Business have the highest tuition fee of 45 million VND/academic year (an increase of 1 million VND/academic year compared to 2023).

The tuition fee for the Asia- Pacific Studies major is 36 million VND (an increase of 15 million VND per academic year compared to 2023). The tuition fee for the International Commercial Law major is 34 million VND per academic year (an increase of 13 million VND per academic year).

The academy also implements numerous scholarship programs aimed at students with high academic achievements and contributions to the community. At the same time, to ensure access to higher education for students from disadvantaged backgrounds who strive for academic excellence, the academy also implements various forms of academic encouragement and financial support for students.

For the 2024-2025 academic year, the academy plans to increase its scholarship budget to expand the number of students who can access scholarships and to increase the value of these scholarships. The specific increase will be announced at the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.

Some of the academy's scholarships available to students include: Academic and Training Encouragement Scholarship, Nguyen Co Thach Scholarship (10-30 million VND/scholarship), Wings of the Future Scholarship (100% tuition fee waiver for the first semester for eligible first-year students), and Lighting Up Dreams Scholarship (for students from the second year onwards who are from disadvantaged backgrounds and excel in their studies).

This year, the Diplomatic Academy is recruiting 2,200 students (an increase of 100 compared to last year). The Academy uses the following admission methods: direct admission and priority direct admission, early admission based on high school transcripts, early admission based on interview results, and admission based on high school exam results.
