Specifically, according to the City Department of Education and Training, based on the actual situation of organizing extracurricular educational activities, experiences, career guidance, and extracurricular activities at current educational institutions. Regarding extracurricular activities, the City Department of Education and Training recommends that heads of units review and implement the contents according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the City Department of Education and Training on organizing extracurricular educational activities for students. Extracurricular educational activities must ensure practicality, be linked to specific educational goals and contents, and be consistent with the general education program; focus on safety and efficiency during the organization process; limit organizing the whole school, many blocks, or too many students at the same time.
For educational activities under the educational programs and plans approved by competent authorities. For preschool education, follow Document No. 5340 dated December 2022 of the Department of Education and Training on guidelines for implementing the content of experiential educational activities outside of school for preschool education institutions.
In particular, for primary schools: Follow document No. 3446 on instructions for implementing experiential activities at primary level in the 2018 General Education Program; during the organization process, it is necessary to ensure the safety of participating students and not organize experiential activities for students outside of Ho Chi Minh City.
