The People's Security Academy has just announced the 2023 regular university entrance exam cutoff scores based on a combined selection method using high school graduation exam results and the results of an assessment test administered by the Ministry of Public Security .

The admission scores for each group of majors/fields at the People's Security Academy in 2023 are as follows:

Therefore, the admission score includes the total score of the 3 subjects in the high school graduation exam (accounting for 40%) and the score of the assessment test of the Ministry of Public Security converted to a 30-point scale (accounting for 60%) rounded to two decimal places, plus regional priority points, priority points for specific groups according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and bonus points as stipulated by the Ministry of Public Security.

Candidates can check their admission results using their registration number or citizen identification number on the People's Security Academy's electronic portal or at the police units and localities where the preliminary selection took place.

To confirm enrollment, successful candidates must submit the original copy of their 2023 High School Graduation Examination results certificate to the police unit/local authority where they were initially selected before 5 PM on August 28th and confirm their enrollment at the Academy on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions portal between August 24th and September 4th (for candidates admitted through Method 2 and Method 3).

The People's Security Academy also requests that the police recruitment boards at the unit and local levels receive the original copy of the above document to include in the admission files of candidates who have undergone preliminary selection at their respective units; and notify the Academy in writing before 5 PM on August 30, 2023, to compile and announce the number of candidates who have confirmed their enrollment, in order to facilitate the filtering of fraudulent applications according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Training.
