Naval Academy reviews results of peak emulation campaign.

On the afternoon of May 28th, the Naval Academy held a conference to summarize the results of the intensive emulation campaign to celebrate the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and to commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026). Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan - Political Commissar of the Academy - presided over the conference.

The academy's leadership presented certificates of commendation from the Navy to outstanding individuals.

The intensive emulation campaign created a vibrant atmosphere of competition, encouraging and motivating officers, lecturers, staff, students, and soldiers to strive to successfully complete their assigned tasks. In particular, propaganda work was intensified through mass media and social media platforms. Education, training, and scientific research were successfully completed according to the planned programs. The Academy successfully organized two long-distance sea training trips combining research, visits, and practical learning in the Truong Sa archipelago and the DK1 platform; and is currently conducting long-distance sea training combined with military diplomacy on the sailing ship 286 - Le Quy Don.

The academy's leadership presented awards to the authors and groups of authors who won prizes in the Academy-level Political Essay Contest on Defending the Party's Ideological Foundation.

Party and political work activities were maintained in an orderly and effective manner. Training, combat readiness, and the building of a professional force were implemented regularly and rigorously. The Academy actively participated in competitions and sports events, achieving many high results. Mass organizations carried out many vibrant activities, attracting a large number of officers, lecturers, and students to participate.

The academy's leaders presented awards to the groups and individuals who achieved outstanding results during the peak emulation period.

On this occasion, the academy awarded certificates of merit from the Navy to 3 individuals for their outstanding achievements in various tasks; presented 6 awards to authors and groups of authors who won prizes in the 2026 Academy-level Political Commentary Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation; awarded 3 prizes to collectives with outstanding achievements in participating in the photo contest celebrating the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Naval Academy; and awarded prizes to 7 collectives and 41 individuals with outstanding achievements during the peak emulation period.
