The test included: AK submachine gun shooting (exercise 1), grenade throwing for distance and accuracy, and explosive handling (exercise 1). These are difficult exercises requiring high technical and psychological skills. Therefore, throughout the training process, the unit strictly adhered to regulations, promoting the role and responsibility of officers at all levels in imparting experience, training trainees to master the techniques, and building strong character and psychological resilience.

Major General Pham Duc Tiep, Deputy Director of the Military Medical Academy, inspects trainees preparing for a practical test on handling explosives.

Major General Pham Duc Tiep stated that the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Military Medical Academy regularly lead and direct the First-Year Student Management Battalion and the Military Science Department to maintain strict training discipline, conducting training systematically from low to high levels, from simple to complex; closely combining theory with practice; increasing training time, and avoiding complacency and haste.

During training, commanding officers and instructors regularly share practical experiences to help trainees gain confidence and master weapons and equipment. Along with technical training, the unit effectively implements political and ideological education. The officers regularly motivate and encourage trainees, promptly commending those with good performance, building determination and strong character in trainees when participating in the "three explosives" test.

During the practical examination, officials at all levels promptly organized debriefing sessions, highlighting strengths and weaknesses so that trainees could quickly make adjustments in subsequent sessions. The examination results for all areas met the requirements and ensured absolute safety.

At the end of the inspection, the unit successfully completed its task, creating an important motivation for the trainees of the 59th Military Medical Doctor training course and the 16th Pharmacy course to strive to study and train well to complete the content of the first phase of the training program. This is also clear evidence of the quality of training, affirming the capabilities and marking the maturity of the trainees, contributing to improving the quality of training at the Military Medical Academy.
