Tuition fees of the Academy of Finance standard program.

International certificate orientation program.
This year, for the standard training program, the Academy of Finance applies tuition fees for students of 20 - 28 million VND (an increase of 3 - 5 million VND compared to the previous school year). For the international certificate-oriented program, the academy applies 50 - 55 million VND/school year (an increase of about 5 million VND compared to last year, depending on the major).
Tuition fees for each academic year at the International Training Institute - Academy of Finance (domestic) is 75 million VND/academic year. The joint training program with each side granting a degree between the Academy of Finance and the University of Greenwich (UK) is 490 million VND/academic year.
As for the joint training program with Toulon University, which grants a degree in 3 years, the Academy applies tuition fees from 62.7 - 72.6 million VND/academic year. The school notes that from the following school years, tuition fees may change, if increased, by no more than 10% compared to the previous school year.
This year, the academy enrolls 6,320 students for 3 training programs: International certificate orientation program (3,300 students), standard program (2,700 students), international joint program (320 students).
The Academy recruits students through the following methods:
- Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Combined admission.
- Admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2025.
Specifically, the admission methods are as follows:
In the direct admission method according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the academy applies to the following subjects:
- Labor heroes, People's Armed Forces heroes, and national emulation fighters who have graduated from high school are admitted directly to all majors and programs of the academy.
- Candidates who won first, second, and third prizes in national and international competitions for excellent students or national and international science and technology competitions organized by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- The Academy Director will consider and decide on admission based on the candidates' high school academic results and the requirements of the training program.
- Candidates are ethnic minorities with very few people according to current government regulations and candidates from 20 poor border and island districts in the Southwest region.
For the combined admission method, the admission subjects include 2 groups:
Group 1: Candidates who have graduated from high school nationwide, with good grades in 3 years of high school, and have one of the following outstanding achievements:
- Candidates who won consolation prizes in national and international competitions for excellent students organized by the Ministry of Education and Training , nominated to participate in one of the subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology, English, Literature.
- Candidates who won first, second, or third prizes in the provincial/municipal excellent student selection exam in one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics, English, or Literature.
- Candidates with IELTS Academic certificate with 5.5 points or more, TOEFL iBT with 55 points or more (not using Home Edition) or SAT with 1050 points or more.
Group 2: Candidates who have graduated from high school nationwide and have achieved good grades in 3 years of high school.
This year's high school graduation exam will take place on June 26-27. 2025 is the year when the first batch of students under the new general education program will take the high school graduation exam.
Candidates will take the exam in 4 subjects instead of 6 as before. The two compulsory subjects are Math and Literature; the two optional subjects are Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology and Foreign Languages (English, German, Russian, Japanese, French, Chinese, Korean). This is the first time that Information Technology and Technology (Industry, Agriculture) have become graduation exam subjects.
Regarding the formula for calculating graduation scores, exam scores account for 50%; the rest is the grade 10, 11 and 12 transcript scores (50%) and priority points if any. Compared to before, the transcript scores increased by 20%. The high school graduation exam results were announced on July 16, 1 day earlier than last year.
