The City People's Council and People's Committee direct agencies, departments, branches and organizations to promote mass mobilization work in participating in site clearance, especially closely linking the government's mass mobilization work with the mass mobilization work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations.
Implement publicity, transparency and democracy in compensation, site clearance, support and resettlement. Timely resolve petitions, complaints and recommendations from people in areas where construction works and projects are located to ensure fairness and compliance with regulations, and to prevent mass complaints and petitions from being lodged at higher levels.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoi An City and the city's socio-political organizations direct and guide their affiliated organizations to actively participate and closely coordinate with the Party Committee and authorities at the same level to mobilize people to comply with the handover of land and resettlement; strengthen the understanding of people's thoughts, aspirations, reflections and recommendations related to compensation, site clearance, support and resettlement and propose the Party Committee to lead, direct and resolve urgent and outstanding issues (if any).
