DAK LAK PROVINCE RED CROSS: Providing 100 million VND in support to impoverished fishermen.

The Dak Lak Provincial Red Cross Society recently worked with the Phu Yen Provincial Red Cross Society to provide livelihood support to poor fishermen in the province with a sum of 100 million VND.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Suu, Vice Chairman of the Phu Yen Provincial Red Cross Society, said that this money will be given to 10 poor fishing households, with each household receiving 10 million VND, to help them improve their lives. This livelihood support for fishermen demonstrates the Red Cross Society's spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance in encouraging and sharing with disadvantaged fishermen; motivating them to go out to sea and earn a living.
