Hai Phong Football Supporters Association donated 100 million VND to support the Cuban people.

Responding to the Campaign to Support the Cuban People launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross , on the morning of August 25, the Hai Phong Football Supporters Association donated 100 million VND to the city's Red Cross.

This amount is contributed and supported by members, audiences, and football fans inside and outside the Port City.

Sincerely thanking the contributions of the Hai Phong Football Supporters Association and football fans, Mr. Bui Manh Phuc, Chairman of the Hai Phong Red Cross Association, informed that the highlight of this program is the openness and transparency in the process of mobilizing support for the Cuban people. The Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) - the unit that built the Charity platform, has for the first time established a separate, independent website to support public statements and create maximum convenience for people to track and supervise contributions and support.

The cash counting process takes place openly and transparently.

The Chairman of the City Red Cross Society hopes that the Hai Phong Football Supporters Association will continue to follow and support the movements and campaigns launched by the City Red Cross Society, and actively accompany charitable and humanitarian activities in the area.

As of the morning of August 25, more than 2,500 organizations, businesses and individuals have participated in supporting the Cuban people through account 1505, Military Bank (MB), account holder of the Hai Phong City Red Cross Association, with a total cost of more than 1 billion VND.
