This is the first program organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Association after the reorganization according to the new administrative unit. The workshop aims to promptly update and disseminate the basic content and new highlights of Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP of the Government on policy reform, removing obstacles for businesses, with the main pillars of tax, credit, priority industries and administrative procedure reform.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop, the leader of the Ninh Binh Young Entrepreneurs Association emphasized: “Resolution 68 is a policy document with strong orientation for production and business activities in the coming period. In the context of local businesses recovering from the pandemic, under pressure from digital transformation, tax reform, electronic invoices and the need to expand the market, understanding correctly, clearly, and transforming policies into specific actions is vital.”
At the workshop, Dr. Le Doan Hop, former Minister of Information and Communications, shared in depth the key contents of Resolution 68. In particular, businesses were clearly introduced to new incentive policies on: Corporate income tax and VAT for industries with spillover effects; Preferential credit for startups, innovation and green businesses; Support for converting business households into official enterprises, integrating the electronic invoice system, and simpler tax declaration and settlement processes.
In addition, the Workshop devoted a large amount of time to answering specific concerns of business people, especially related to dealing with changes in tax policy, auditing and cost management when businesses expand operations after merging administrative units.
Participating in the workshop, many businesses expressed their hope that the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association would continue to organize specialized programs in each field such as production, industry, trade - services, or innovative startups, in order to make the most of the policy opportunities opening up from Resolution 68, especially in the context of the new province of Ninh Binh gradually building an institutional foundation and common database after the merger.
At the end of the workshop, the representative of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association affirmed that they will continue to support and provide information on new orientations and policies for businesses. At the same time, they called on businesses to strengthen their connections and take advantage of post-merger scale to develop raw material areas, supply chains and sustainable consumption markets in the province and the entire Red River Delta.
