Expanded Conference of the Provincial Public Security Party Committee Executive Board, Quarter I/2024

On April 17th, the Provincial Police Party Committee held an expanded meeting of the Provincial Police Party Committee Executive Board for the first quarter of 2024.

In the first quarter of 2024, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee proactively carried out effective work in monitoring and accurately forecasting the situation, promptly advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on the effective implementation of policies and solutions to ensure security and order, and to build a truly clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern Provincial Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation. They organized timely and serious study and dissemination of Party directives, resolutions, and conclusions; effectively carried out political and ideological education, tightened discipline and order; promoted unity and solidarity, overcame difficulties, and successfully completed assigned political tasks. Attention was paid to Party training and development, resulting in the admission of 24 new Party members (achieving 160% of the assigned target).

In the second quarter of 2024, the Party committees of the Public Security units and localities continued to proactively adhere to the content of tasks, programs, and work plans, as well as the directives of higher-level Party committees, to organize and implement them seriously and effectively, striving to achieve and surpass the set work targets ahead of schedule. They emphasized the role, responsibility, and exemplary conduct of Party committees and leaders of units and localities, especially the heads of units, in leading and directing the implementation of all aspects of work. They proactively and urgently developed plans and strategies to ensure security and order during commemorative holidays and to ensure the security and safety of major events organized by the province, contributing to promoting socio -economic development. They strengthened inspection, supervision, and monitoring to prevent violations; and resolutely dealt with serious violations. Effectively carry out the tasks of building a truly clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation according to the issued plans and projects.
