Conference to announce decisions on personnel work and decisions on establishment, leadership and management personnel of agencies and units of the provincial Party and mass organizations

On the afternoon of July 1, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work; announce decisions on the establishment of agencies and units and decisions on leadership and management personnel of agencies and units of the Party, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh presented the retirement decision to comrade Thao Hong Son, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Giang province.

Attending the conference were comrades: Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and the National Assembly Delegation of the province.

Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing members of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate comrade Thao Hong Son.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced and presented the decision of the Central Party Committee's Secretariat to comrade Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Giang province, to retire early according to his personal wishes from July 1, 2025.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Kim Dung presented the decision to establish the Provincial Military Party Committee to Provincial Party Committee Secretary and Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee Hau A Lenh.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced 12 Decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to establish 4 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including: Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies, Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Provincial Public Security Party Committee, Provincial Military Party Committee; 5 specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, including: Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; 2 public service units directly under the Provincial Party Committee, including: Provincial Political School, Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television; 1 Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Agency.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced 95 Decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel for leadership and management of Party agencies, units, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated the leaders and managers of Party agencies and units, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh presented the decision to establish the Provincial Police Party Committee to Provincial Police Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Thuan.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that agencies, units, affiliated Party Committees and management leaders urgently and seriously implement the arrangement and consolidation of the organizational apparatus of their agencies and units. With the spirit of exemplary cadres and Party members taking the lead and accepting sacrifices for the common good, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, overcome immediate difficulties to put the apparatus into effective and efficient operation.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh presented the decision to establish the Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television Party Committee to Editor-in-Chief and Party Secretary of the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television Committee Mai Duc Thong.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Kim Dung presented the decision to appoint leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.

He also requested agencies, units, and management officials to uphold the spirit of shared responsibility, coordinate well with other units to successfully carry out local political tasks, grasp the thoughts of cadres and party members to effectively resolve policies and regimes, and encourage cadres and party members to promote creative and innovative thinking to perform well assigned tasks.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Decision to appoint leaders of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television.

Delegates attended the ceremony to announce decisions on organizational structure and staff.

On behalf of the comrades who were appointed and received the task, comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, affirmed that this is a great honor and at the same time a very heavy responsibility that the Party Committee, government and people in the province have entrusted.
