Leaders in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) from around the world will gather at the third Global Artificial Intelligence Summit (GAIN) to be held September 10-12, 2024 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The GAIN 2024 conference, organized by the Saudi Arabian Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), will cover important topics such as generative AI, AI in urban life, ethical governance of AI, ensuring a comprehensive discussion of the technology’s impact on society, business and governance.
The event will take place at the King Abdul Aziz International Convention Center in Riyadh, featuring over 300 speakers from over 100 countries who are global leaders and AI experts who will not only drive discussions on AI but also pave the way for international collaborations to advance global AI initiatives and promote ethical innovation across borders.
The summit includes high-level sessions, a debate on the future of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), panel discussions on AI-enabled precision medicine, and workshops on the role of AI in sustainable development and smart cities.
Leading Silicon Valley executives, influential policymakers and renowned AI researchers, including Professor Simon See, Global Head of the Nvidia AI Technology Center, Antony Cook, Deputy General Counsel of Microsoft and Caroline Yap, Global CEO of Google Cloud will lead discussions on the future of AI governance, the ethical implications of AI, the role of international cooperation in harnessing the potential of AI and important topics such as AI ethical frameworks and the impact of the AI Charter on the Muslim World.
The third Summit will be held under the patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), with the participation of industry giants such as Accenture, Oracle, Dell Technologies, Siemens, Boston Dynamics and Google Cloud.

GAIN 2024 is set to be a catalyst for global AI innovation, providing guests with the opportunity to participate in over 120 interactive sessions, connect with industry pioneers, and contribute to groundbreaking AI collaborations that will be announced during the Summit. Furthermore, the Summit will witness the signing of several agreements and declarations between SDAIA and global AI technology companies.
