National conference to disseminate 4 Resolutions of the Politburo

On the morning of September 16, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the four resolutions of the Politburo. The conference was connected online from the main bridge point of Dien Hong Conference Room - National Assembly to the bridges of departments, ministries, branches, localities and units nationwide. More than 1.2 million party members attended the conference.

The conference was held to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the 4 Resolutions of the Politburo to the central committees, ministries, branches and provincial and municipal party committees, party committees directly under the Central Committee; party committees at all levels, party organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, party members and staff working in foreign affairs, energy, education and training, and health.

At the same time, raise awareness, responsibility, political determination, self-awareness, and exemplary spirit of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, Party members, and staff working in foreign affairs, energy, education and training, and health to effectively implement the 4 Resolutions of the Politburo, in accordance with the functions, tasks, and practical situations in localities, agencies, and units.

The 4 Resolutions that were thoroughly grasped and implemented were: Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development and Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.

National conference to disseminate and implement Central Resolution 11

According to the Conference program, delegates listened to 4 topics: Topic "Key and core contents of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthrough in education and training development and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW" delivered by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The topic "Key and core contents of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW" was delivered by Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long.

The topic "Key and core contents of Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW" was delivered by Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung.

The topic "Key and core contents of Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW, dated August 20, 2025 of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security to 2030, vision to 2045 and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW" was delivered by Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi.

Before the opening of the Conference, at the main bridge point of the National Assembly House, delegates visited the exhibition of outstanding achievements in the two fields of health and education.
