Amidst the dazzling sunshine of Nha Trang's coastal city, the Nha Trang University Stadium was never without the sound of drums and cheers during the THACO Cup 2026 Finals. In one corner of the stands, there was always a group of people with graying hair, but whose voices were even louder than those of the young students – these were members of the Khanh Hoa Football Supporters Association, true fans who had been dedicated to the province's football for many years.

Giving my all for the love of football.
Not only do they attend Khatoco Khanh Hoa's football matches, but the association also accompanies major sporting events in the province, especially youth football tournaments. The THACO Cup 2026 marked the third consecutive year the association was present in the stands to cheer on the students. Besides drumming and playing horns, the members actively encouraged and guided the students on how to cheer in unison and in rhythm, transforming the stands into a unified and vibrant atmosphere.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Net, one of the core members of the association, shared that she came here with a pure passion for football. "I came with a passion for football, hoping that all the players will play well, not just our team. Because I'm enthusiastic and have been watching for a long time, I still enjoy it. I'll keep going until I can't anymore," Ms. Net shared.
Despite being over 67 years old, she enthusiastically beat the drum throughout the match, cheering not only for the home team but also for the visiting team. "I give it my all, cheering for everyone, not just the home team but the opposing team too," she added.
Inspiring the younger generation
Mr. Le Minh Dang (68 years old, retired official), a member of the Khanh Hoa Football Fans Association, highly praised the organization of this year's final tournament. "This is the first time Nha Trang has hosted the final tournament, so everything is very lively. This year's tournament is larger in scale and lasts longer, so the atmosphere is always vibrant," Mr. Dang shared.
He advised the young players: "Winning or losing is important, but what's more important is sportsmanship and playing beautiful football to reciprocate the fans' affection. Now that you've made it this far, just play with determination; we're always here to support you."
The stands at Nha Trang University Stadium were even more vibrant thanks to the professional support from the Khanh Hoa Football Fans Association.

Sharing the same sentiment, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang (65 years old, retired official) couldn't hide her emotions while sitting in the stands. A die-hard fan of the tournament from previous seasons, Ms. Hang said the atmosphere this year was incredibly lively. "The students competed with such enthusiasm and passion!" she said with a bright smile. When asked to predict the winning team, she offered her own perspective: "For me, every team is a winner. It's a victory of sportsmanship, of the determination that the students have brought to this competition."
The Khanh Hoa Football Fan Club currently has between 50 and 70 regular members, with their drum sets accompanying them through many football seasons. They regularly show up to cheer on the province's football, especially at tournaments for the younger generation such as the TNSV THACO Cup 2026 .
