Vietnam Military-Civilian Medical Association presents medical supplies to support people in flood-hit areas of Lang Son

- On the afternoon of October 16, at the Lang Son Provincial Center for Disease Control, the Vietnam Military Medical Association organized a donation of medical supplies to support people in Lang Son Province affected by storms and floods. Representatives of the Department of Health and the Provincial Center for Disease Control received the gifts.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Military Medical Association donated 500 kg of Cloramin B for environmental treatment, 2,000 bottles of SMART A mouthwash to support the treatment of open wounds, and 750 combo boxes to support the treatment of dermatitis and athlete's foot. The total value of the gifts is nearly 160 million VND.

Immediately after receiving the supplies, the Provincial Center for Disease Control plans to distribute the above medical supplies to the Huu Lung Regional Medical Center and Trang Dinh Regional Medical Center to send to communes in areas severely flooded by the recent storm. These units will organize direct distribution to people, prioritizing households that suffered great damage, and at the same time support disinfection and disease prevention after floods.
