Women's Union members of Viet Yen commune donated 2,350 square meters of land to expand traffic routes.

Responding to the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the Women's Union of Viet Yen commune has actively coordinated with socio-political organizations and villages to promote propaganda and mobilize members, women and people to participate in contributing labor, money and donating land to build new rural infrastructure in the locality.

Many women's union members of Long Vy village, Viet Yen commune have voluntarily donated land and demolished structures on the land to make way for the construction of rural road expansion.

From 2021 to present, the Association has propagated,   mobilized 245 member households and women to donate a total of ^2,350m2   land, worth over 15 billion VND and contributed over 340 working days to expand rural roads in the commune.

In addition, the Commune Women's Union and village women's associations undertake the work.   planting and care of sections and routes   " Women's flower street" with a total length of 8km; at the same time maintaining environmental sanitation, creating a clean and beautiful appearance of the countryside.
