In the socio-economic development picture of the province today, the young entrepreneurs are increasingly present with a dynamic, creative and ambitious role. They do not only stop at enriching themselves but also strive to build their brand, create jobs for workers, and spread the entrepreneurial spirit among the young generation. Accompanying that step, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has become a "common home", a place to gather and connect, creating a favorable entrepreneurial ecosystem for the young generation of entrepreneurs to develop.

From young people who dare to think and dare to do

Mr. Hoang Van Thao, Director of Hoang Long Production and Trading Company Limited (Lac Dao Commune) is a model of young entrepreneurs who dare to think and dare to do. When establishing the Company in 2019, instead of focusing on just one familiar field, he chose the path of multi-industry start-up: manufacturing Billiards tables, sewing uniforms and carton packaging. Many people at that time considered this a risky decision, but Mr. Thao had his own reasons. He realized that the domestic market had a great demand for essential consumer products, while producing Billiards tables opened up opportunities in the growing entertainment segment. In Mr. Thao's view: "Multi-industry is a way to spread risks, create many complementary product lines, flexibly utilize local labor and optimize investment resources."

In management, he focuses on building a streamlined production management process, encouraging workers to come up with innovative ideas, and proactively seeking partners to expand the market. Thanks to creativity in management and perseverance, after only 5 years, Hoang Long has created stable jobs for 35 workers, achieving revenue of 15 billion VND in 2024. In 2025, the Company strives to reach revenue of 22 billion VND and aims for 30% growth, moving towards expanding to the Southeast Asian market from 2026.

Unlike many businesses that only focus on expanding production, Mr. Nguyen Manh Duan, Director of Lan Phu Protection Production and Trading Company Limited (Dong Hung Commune) laid the foundation for success by comprehensively standardizing infrastructure and production processes. He proactively invested in a synchronous factory of nearly ^10,000m2 with an automated machinery system and inverter technology, saving up to 60% of electricity.

The company builds a green, safe, and environmentally friendly working environment. This long-term vision has helped Lan Phu quickly achieve BSCI certification, opening the door for its products to reach the global market. Not stopping at producing protective shoes that have a reputation domestically, Mr. Duân has also developed a line of handicraft household products, promoting the local traditional craft; currently 100% of products are exported to the US.

In 2024, the Company's revenue increased by nearly 30%, most notably, he signed a cooperation agreement to supply goods to Target Group - a major American partner. That success affirms the courage of a young entrepreneur who dares to innovate, while also elevating the Lan Phu brand, making the enterprise a reliable cooperation address for many domestic and foreign corporations. Mr. Nguyen Manh Duan is affirming the image of a young businessman in Hung Yen who integrates firmly and creates sustainable values.

To the startup journey

These success stories show the courage, intelligence, and great aspirations of the young generation of entrepreneurs. But for them to grow strongly and persistently, a "launching pad" is indispensable, which is the companion environment that the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has been creating. Mr. Nguyen Nhu Kien, Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, said: In recent times, the Association has implemented many practical activities that meet the needs of its members. Notably, the young entrepreneur cafe program with the theme "How to access bank capital for small and medium enterprises" has helped many members have the opportunity to directly exchange with financial experts, removing capital barriers - one of the biggest bottlenecks of startups. Mentorship Café programs, awarding scholarships, giving Tet gifts, supporting the construction of "Dream Houses" for the poor... not only bring direct benefits to young entrepreneurs but also spread the spirit of sharing and social responsibility in the business community.

Not only stopping at direct support activities, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association is also a bridge connecting entrepreneurs inside and outside the province through sports and cultural exchange programs such as Pickleball tournament, football, Young Entrepreneurs Gala... These are occasions to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, create opportunities for cooperation and share business management experiences. In particular, the coordination with youth organizations and student associations in the programs to honor "5 Good Students" and "3 Practice Students" has helped spread the spirit of entrepreneurship, arousing the desire to establish a career in young people. The Association has become a source of inspiration, transmitting positive energy for each member to constantly strive and ignite the spirit of entrepreneurship.

It can be said that the success of Mr. Hoang Van Thao, Mr. Nguyen Manh Duan and many other young entrepreneurs is always associated with the connection and companionship of the Young Entrepreneurs Association. The Association is a "soft ecosystem" where they find information, cooperation opportunities, management knowledge, spiritual encouragement and community values. From those values, each young entrepreneur has more confidence to go further, dare to think bigger and turn aspirations into reality. When each young entrepreneur matures, each successful startup model is spread, the startup ecosystem of the province will become increasingly solid, creating new momentum for local socio-economic development.
