Hung Yen Volunteer Team implements the 9th "Warm clothes for the highlands" program in Tuyen Quang province

On the morning of December 5, Hung Yen Volunteer Team set off to carry out the 9th "Warm clothes for the highlands" program, bringing many practical gifts to support students and people of Du Gia commune, Tuyen Quang province.

During the volunteer trip, the Team prepared 1,373 gifts for students of Du Tien Kindergarten and Du Tien Primary School, Du Gia Commune. The gifts included many essential items for studying and living such as: blankets, jackets, boots, socks, slippers, mats, pillows, foam for flooring, instant noodles, toothbrushes, etc.

In addition, the Volunteer Team also supported drilling a water well at the school to help local teachers and students improve living conditions during the winter.

The total cost for the program is over 272 million VND, raised from contributions from team members and philanthropists.
