On October 13, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tri Ton commune held the 1st Congress of delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term. Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tri Ton commune Lam Thanh Si attended and directed the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang requested union members and youth of Tri Ton commune to actively study, work creatively, master new technology; pioneer in digital startups, develop green economy; volunteer and be responsible in protecting the environment, preserving border sovereignty ; be civilized, standard, and spread positive values ​​on cyberspace.

Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tri Ton Commune Lam Thanh Si suggested that the Tri Ton Commune Youth Union pay attention to implementing effective and practical economic models so that the youth can truly be the "main force" leading in the local socio-economic development. At the same time, it is necessary to innovate the content and methods of activities, do a good job of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", contributing to the implementation of social security, building civilized urban areas...

The Congress announced the decision of An Giang Provincial Youth Union to appoint 24 comrades to the Executive Committee, 7 comrades to the Standing Committee of Tri Ton Commune Youth Union, term I; appointing comrade Vo Van Du to hold the position of Secretary of Tri Ton Commune Youth Union, term 2025 - 2030.
