Over 11,500 entries were submitted to the contest to learn about E10 biofuel.

On the morning of June 1st, in Hanoi, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, held a ceremony to summarize and award prizes for the online round of the competition "Understanding the Benefits of E10 Biofuel".

The online competition took place from 10:00 AM on May 25th to 10:00 AM on May 31st on the website e10.dms.gov.vn, attracting 11,572 participants. Eligible participants included officials, civil servants, employees, businesses, and citizens nationwide.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Tran Huu Linh, Director of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development and Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition, said that the competition contributed to spreading information about the benefits of biofuels for the environment and the economy ; and at the same time raised community awareness about the use of biofuels, aiming towards green economic development and emission reduction.

The online competition had 16 prizes, including 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 10 consolation prizes. At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 prizes to individual participants, including 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 3 third prizes, and 1 consolation prize.

The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development is currently preparing for a live competition to learn about E10 gasoline, scheduled to take place at 2 PM on June 12th in Hanoi , with 5 teams registered to participate.
