Meeting of the Working Group to deploy the movement "Digital Education for All"

At the meeting, a number of documents of the Provincial Steering Committee and the Working Group on the coordination relationship between agencies and units were approved; tasks of the Working Group were assigned; and reports on the implementation results of the "Digital Education for All" movement in the third quarter and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025 were reported.

Closely following the central and provincial plans on the "Digital Education for All" movement, local Party committees, authorities and heads of agencies and units have taken drastic action; promptly issued implementation plans and assigned tasks, and seriously implemented them. The province's information technology infrastructure has improved a lot, digital learning platforms have been established conveniently and easily, including the "Digital Education for All" portal. Community digital technology groups have been formed and have initially promoted their effectiveness in popularizing digital skills for people. Since then, awareness of the role of digital transformation (DT) and the importance of digital skills in the current period has been significantly raised among cadres, civil servants, public employees and people, especially the young generation.

Members of the Working Group to implement the "Digital Education for All" Movement in the province gave their opinions at the meeting.

To date, 100% of citizens in the province have personal identification numbers, of which more than 300,000 citizens have been granted electronic identification numbers connected to the "Digital Popular Education" platform, accounting for 90%. 12,394 teacher/officer accounts of the province's Education and Training sector have been created for online learning. 80% of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and Public Security have been trained in digital skills through the National and Provincial Digital Popular Education Portal, the sector training system, and the platform of the ministry/military region.

Discussing at the meeting, delegates focused on the draft plan for inspection, supervision and implementation of the tasks of the Working Group; clarifying coordination work, difficulties and problems arising at agencies and units and orientation of activities in the coming time.

In the coming time, Party committees, authorities, sectors and units will continue to thoroughly grasp the meaning and importance of digital transformation; select key content for implementation; regularly monitor, urge and inspect the implementation of digital transformation at agencies, units and localities...

This is a practical activity, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love" and "helping each other" of cadres, party members and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
