The Farmers' Association of Khong Lao Commune has 3,074 members. In the period of 2023-2025, the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of the Commune mobilized farmers to donate 3,578m2 of land and contribute 2,178 working days to participate in the construction of welfare works. The transportation system has received attention for investment, repair and upgrading; to date, the commune has 13 roads with a length of 54.4km that have been hardened. The Association promotes the organization of training courses, seminars and demonstration models for farmers to access and apply technical advances. Create conditions for farmers to visit and study to replicate, contributing to the transformation of crop and livestock structure, increasing the value of agricultural production. Organize the construction of agricultural production models, apply new science and technology according to the value chain, ensuring quality standards. In the period of 2023-2025, Khong Lao commune has 502 good production and business households at all levels.

At the congress, the Decisions on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Commune Farmers' Association, term I, 2025-2030, were announced. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Commune Farmers' Association consists of 31 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 9 comrades, comrade Teo Van Duyen was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Farmers' Association.
