Women of Phu Hoa 2 commune accompany members to improve digital capacity

On the afternoon of October 10, the Women's Union of Phu Hoa 2 commune held the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of the commune, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the congress were Standing Committee member of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Phu Hoa 2 Commune Party Committee Nguyen Thi My Thu Thoa, and 120 official delegates representing more than 4,590 women members throughout the commune.

During the past term, the association has effectively fulfilled its function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women.

Propaganda work has seen many innovations and creative approaches in both methods and content, with strong application of information technology in its activities. National target programs and government projects have been effectively implemented by the association with many creative, innovative, practical, and appropriate solutions that closely align with the local political agenda.

Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

Family and social welfare work has been implemented comprehensively and effectively. The rate of households escaping poverty and achieving the status of "cultured family" has increased over the years, creating a solid foundation to contribute to building prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized families.

To date, 100% of the staff are proficient in using basic software in their work. The association has also introduced 98 exemplary individuals who have made significant contributions in various aspects of life; mobilized donations of 685 kg of rice for charity; and opened piggy banks to help 161 disadvantaged women's families...

During the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Phu Hoa 2 commune will focus on implementing the emulation movement "Building the modern woman of Dak Lak "; the campaign "Building a family with 5 no's and 3 clean's"; and breakthrough initiatives: comprehensive digital transformation in the organization; supporting women in improving their digital capabilities; promoting women's entrepreneurship, innovation, and legitimate wealth creation.

The Association also outlined key tasks and solutions related to supporting women's comprehensive development to meet the demands of the new era; advocating for gender equality for women's development; participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system; participating in building national unity; developing membership and building a professional and strong association organization...

The new Executive Committee was introduced and assumed its duties at the congress.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Phu Hoa 2 Commune Women's Union, term I, consisting of 25 members, including 7 members in the Standing Committee. Ms. Le Thi Kim Chung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Phu Hoa 2 Commune Women's Union for the term 2025 - 2030.
