Thanks to technological innovations, businesses can be operated anytime, anywhere, right on mobile devices. Technology not only increases productivity but also frees up time for research and development of strategies suitable for the company.
However, applying technology to women's lives and work also faces many challenges. To overcome these challenges, according to Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy, women need to change old habits and working methods by constantly learning and updating their knowledge about new technological trends. At the same time, businesses need to create an environment for innovation, providing conditions for employees to develop new ideas and apply technology to their work.

Therefore, the company implemented a unique development strategy centered around technological innovation.

For many years, the Reishi Mushroom Company has brought products to the market to serve the community, supporting, protecting, caring for, and improving public health. The products have been tested in several hospitals, and tens of thousands of cancer patients and people with chronic diseases have used them to improve their health.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Chinh also believes that the Party and the State need specific policies to bring equal rights and opportunities to women as to men. This includes encouraging female cadres to improve their qualifications and promptly rewarding and encouraging female cadres with scientific research projects that effectively serve practical production.
Meanwhile, Associate Professor Bui Thi An, President of the Hanoi Women Intellectuals Association, affirmed that the team of female intellectuals is always encouraged to be creative, conduct in-depth research, improve technology, and promote the application of science and technology, not only focusing on key industries, production, and business, but also in management. The research and application of scientific and technological achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has also been intensified.
