According to Mr. Pham Hoang Giang, Party Secretary and Head of Hamlet 8, Vinh Hoa Hung Commune, communication about science , technology, innovation, and digital transformation not only disseminates policies and guidelines but also contributes to shaping awareness, promoting action, and fostering a culture of innovation within the community. The hamlet's leadership is strengthening efforts to educate and guide residents in applying science and technology to all aspects of life, especially in production and business, to improve the quality of life and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.

Not only in Hamlet 8, but also in other hamlets and neighborhoods throughout the province, communication about science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation is regularly carried out, creating a widespread impact within the community. In addition to direct communication, many hamlets and neighborhoods have created fan pages and community Zalo groups to disseminate information to residents. They also organize competitions, seminars, and theatrical performances to promote and encourage these initiatives, integrating them into mass cultural, artistic, and sports activities.

Thanks to effective communication efforts, residents in Hamlet 8 have raised their awareness and actively applied science and technology in their daily lives, boldly innovating and achieving efficiency in agricultural production and business. Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, a resident of Hamlet 8, shared: “Instead of spending a lot of effort on farming, I use drones to spray pesticides, install a water-saving irrigation system, and harvest rice with a combine harvester. These technologies make my farming easier, save time and production costs, and increase labor productivity and income.”

Local Party committees and authorities are focusing on innovating communication work, developing science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation with the motto "putting people and businesses at the center, using technology as a tool, and using innovation as a driving force." The content and forms of communication are diverse, focused, and targeted, suitable for each audience and field. The application of modern technology in communication work regarding science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation is being strengthened.

According to the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Vo Minh Trung, on June 16, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung signed Decision No. 1169/QD-TTg approving the program "Promoting communication to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation by 2030". The decision clearly states that communication in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW is the responsibility of the entire political system from the central to local levels. Communication activities aim to raise awareness, create breakthroughs in thinking, determine strong and decisive political determination in leadership and direction, and create new momentum and enthusiasm throughout society for the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

To effectively implement Decision No. 1169/QD-TTg, An Giang province has developed communication content tailored to each stage, industry, sector, and target group; considering communication as a means of disseminating information and an integral part of the innovation ecosystem. The communication program is built on a scientific foundation, with clear policy orientations, and is linked to the practical interests of the people and businesses. The Provincial People's Committee directs localities to actively communicate comprehensive information about the national and provincial policies and guidelines on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. New achievements in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation are widely communicated to the people.

The province requires localities to promptly commend and recognize organizations, businesses, and individuals who have contributed to the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. At the same time, it calls for the replication of effective models in communication efforts.

To date, communication about science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation has become a bridge between policy and life. People are gradually understanding the Party and State's guidelines and policies on the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. This transforms awareness into action, science into strength, and the spirit of innovation into core values. As a result, people are proactively participating in innovation, actively applying science, technology, and digital transformation to all aspects of social life, creating many new values and contributing to the development of their localities.
