Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Minh Triet praised the efforts, contributions and dedication of the youth unions of Da Nang city in the past term, contributing to the great achievements of the city.

The Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union emphasized that the next term is the time when the country enters a new phase, opening up many development opportunities for the young generation in the era of integration and digital transformation.

The Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, defines the general goal by 2030, to build Da Nang into a smart city with a modern administration; a pioneering locality in developing science , technology, innovative startups and digital transformation...

Vision by 2045 to build Da Nang city into an ecological and smart urban area, a free trade zone, an international financial center, an industrial center, logistics, innovative startups and a livable, world-class tourist city in Asia.

To do that, there needs to be active participation of youth with the core political orientation being the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

The Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union proposed identifying the focus when building solutions for the 2025-2030 term, in which it is necessary to closely follow and concretize the new policies of the 13th National Youth Union Congress.

Propaganda and education work must adhere to principled contents while adjusting methods to suit the requirements of the new situation.

The focus is on promoting digital transformation; shifting propaganda and education work from one-way to multi-dimensional, with regular interaction with union members and youth in accordance with the outstanding characteristics of thinking, perception, creative potential and traditional values ​​of Quang people.

The "exemplary" work of Youth Union cadres must be carried out seriously. Youth Union cadres must strictly implement the advice of General Secretary To Lam, must be enthusiastic people "worrying before the youth, having fun after the youth, going first in hardship, coming later in enjoyment, having the ability to plan and organize practical and effective revolutionary movements", attached to and truly prestigious among the youth; must be people who dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate and be creative; dare to face difficulties and challenges and dare to act for the common good.

Regarding the action movement, it is necessary to focus on effectively implementing the movement "Vietnamese youth pioneers in the new era".

Da Nang youth must be the leading flag in the 5 pioneers: pioneering in developing science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, implementing the model of " Digital Government - Smart City - Modern Administration"; pioneering in legitimate enrichment, developing the country's economy.

The Youth Union organizations effectively participated in implementing the Central Government's policies on socio-economic development pillars, especially the orientation on building and developing Da Nang city according to the Central Government's conclusions and directions.

Da Nang Youth effectively participates in implementing social security policies, especially programs such as the city of "5 no's", "3 yes's", "4 safe", "eliminating temporary houses, dilapidated houses"; contributing to implementing the city's policies for people with revolutionary contributions, social protection beneficiaries, poor households, near-poor households, ensuring that all people enjoy the achievements of innovation and development, no one is left behind as set out in the Resolution of the 1st Da Nang City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Regarding youth development, it is necessary to concretize the "Program for comprehensive development of Vietnamese youth" in accordance with the characteristics of the city by effectively implementing the Program "Comprehensive development of Da Nang youth".

Furthermore, there is a breakthrough solution to comprehensively develop youth in all three aspects: intelligence; physical strength and spiritual and cultural life; to comprehensively build and develop Da Nang youth in the new period with revolutionary ideals; patriotism; courage, ambition, good morality; extensive knowledge, healthy physique and a soul rich in Quang culture identity, to become global citizens, contributing to building and protecting the Fatherland.

The team of city Youth Union cadres in the new period must be built according to the criteria of "3 near - 5 must - 4 no".

The Secretary of the Central Youth Union proposed that the city's youth take the lead in implementing four strategic breakthroughs, contributing to building Da Nang into an ecological, modern, smart urban area, an international coastal city; a major socio-economic center of the country and Southeast Asia in terms of startups, innovation, tourism and trade.

All plans and action programs of the Da Nang City Youth Union in the new term must be designed and implemented scientifically and easily implemented. The Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union requested the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union to implement in the spirit of "3 easy - 3 clear - 3 measurable", the Youth Union bases must register and publicize the results of "one big result every quarter", "two breakthroughs every year"; create a disciplined working atmosphere, with pressure, with real results.

Along with that, the Executive Committee of the first term must always be united, creative, dare to think, dare to do with a high sense of responsibility for the development of the city's youth and the country.
