Dissemination of regulations implementing the Law on Geology and Minerals

DNO - On the morning of December 6, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang city organized a training course on the Law on Geology and Minerals and documents guiding its implementation.

The Law on Geology and Minerals 2024 was issued in the context of increasing demand for minerals, especially construction materials and fill soil for infrastructure projects, urban areas, and key works in the city; while the State requires strict management of resources and environmental protection associated with ensuring national defense and security.

The conference listened to the reporters present topics on propaganda and dissemination of the Law on Geology and Minerals No. 54/2024/QH15, Decree No. 193/2025/ND-CP dated July 2, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Geology and Minerals, Resolution No. 66.4/2025/NQ-CP dated September 21, 2025 of the Government on promulgating specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties in implementing the Law on Geology and Minerals in 2024.

The conference also disseminated the basic contents of 6 circulars guiding the implementation of the Law on Geology and Minerals; a number of tasks that all levels, sectors and localities need to implement in the coming time.
