Accordingly, during the above period, 2 units under the Department of Agriculture and Environment, including the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection and the Department of Rural Development, participated in the trip to support and coordinate agricultural products to 10 communes of Dak Lak and 15 communes of Khanh Hoa. These are localities that suffered heavy damage from storms, flash floods and landslides in November 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Nghi, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province said: “These support gifts help people in neighboring provinces recover their health, stabilize their lives and reproduce, overcoming the most difficult period. Lam Dong always accompanies and shares difficulties with localities.”

A representative of the agricultural sector of Lam Dong province said that although the locality also suffered heavy damage due to floods with thousands of hectares of vegetables being submerged, the province still prioritized choosing essential agricultural products, ensuring quality to promptly send support to people in flooded areas of Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak. During the post-disaster reconstruction period, gifts of fresh agricultural products from Lam Dong have contributed to helping people in the two neighboring provinces feel more warm-hearted and excited to overcome difficulties.
