Training in reception skills for accommodation establishments and tourist destinations.

On the morning of December 11th, in Tuy Hoa ward, the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with Saigon Tourism College, inaugurated the 2025 training course on reception skills for accommodation establishments and tourist areas and attractions in the province.

The course attracted over 60 participants, including managers and staff working in the accommodation and tourism sectors in the province.

According to the plan, the training course will take place over 4 days (December 11-14), providing knowledge such as: reception procedures at accommodation establishments; communication skills with tourists; situation handling skills; booking, check-in and check-out procedures; customer care… combining theory and simulated practice.

The aforementioned activities aim to contribute to improving the quality of human resources in tourism, meeting the development requirements of Dak Lak's tourism industry in the new phase.
