Hanoi opens Safe Fruit and Agricultural Products Fair 2025

On the evening of December 3, at Van Tan Street, Tay Nam Linh Dam Urban Area, Hoang Liet Ward (Hanoi), Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade opened the Fair of safe fruits and agricultural products of provinces and cities in 2025.

The event has a scale of more than 130 booths, with the participation of 80 enterprises and cooperatives from Hanoi and 15 provinces and cities such as: Son La, Hung Yen, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Lam Dong, Dak Lak...

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that the fair is part of a series of activities to implement the Plan to ensure supply and stabilize the market at the end of the year and the Lunar New Year 2026. Hanoi City focuses on proactively sourcing essential goods, regulating supply and demand, controlling food safety, and at the same time strengthening trade promotion activities to support the consumption of agricultural products.

Along with traditional trade, Hanoi is strongly promoting e-commerce: supporting businesses to bring products to online platforms, standardizing QR codes for traceability, and promoting cashless payments. This is identified as a sustainable direction in agricultural product distribution - Mr. Nguyen The Hiep emphasized.

Units bring to the fair a rich source of goods: seasonal specialty fruits; safe, organic agricultural products; regional specialties; typical OCOP products; processed agricultural products; many items apply QR traceability.

The fair is an important occasion to promote and connect the consumption of safe fruits and agricultural products between Hanoi and other localities; support businesses to expand their markets; boost total retail sales; and at the same time bring to the capital's consumers quality goods at reasonable prices during the peak shopping season at the end of the year.

Enterprises and cooperatives participating in the fair must strictly comply with regulations on product quality and origin, enhance promotion, link consumption, and proactively apply e-commerce. Consumers are encouraged to choose safe agricultural products and OCOP products from Hanoi and other provinces and cities.

Through the fair, many businesses and cooperatives have the opportunity to find new partners and expand their consumption channels in Hanoi. This activity also helps balance the supply and demand of goods, support production and business, and create momentum for economic growth at the end of the year and the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026.

Consumers in the capital can use many safe agricultural products during holidays and Tet, and can easily access quality goods with traceable origins and reasonable prices.
