Inspecting the flooded area, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tien Thang Commune People's Council Hoang Anh Tuan and leaders of the Commune People's Committee requested the police force, militia... to support the evacuation of people and property from the heavily flooded area; organize health care, provide necessities, ensure security, order and traffic safety in the flooded areas.

"The commune has determined the motto of being proactive - timely - on-site, absolutely not letting people lack safety or deprivation during the flood season," emphasized comrade Hoang Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Tien Thang Commune Party Committee.

Flooded roads have been barricaded and traffic is being directed safely. Power has been cut off at deeply flooded areas in Ngu Tien and Ben Gia villages to ensure safety.

In addition, the Tien Thang commune government visited and presented gifts to 40 households; at the same time, provided necessities including instant noodles, drinking water, candles, flashlights, etc. to 140 households directly affected, and distributed additional necessities to 150 households in deeply flooded areas to ensure that no household would go hungry or lack water for daily activities when the water level continues to rise.

Currently, Tien Thang Commune People's Committee continues to closely monitor the water level of Ca Lo River, coordinate with Me Linh Irrigation Enterprise Branch to reinforce the dam of Tam Bao pumping station, prevent water from overflowing into the fields, protect production and people's lives.
