Implementing the work of the association and women's movement for the 2021 - 2026 term, on the basis of thoroughly grasping the guidelines and policies of the above, the Party Committee, the Provincial Border Guard Command, every year, the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command has deployed women's emulation movements associated with movements such as: The Army's Emulation for Victory, "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", "Promoting tradition, contributing talents, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean" of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU). Thereby, it has proactively advised, proposed and implemented many practical emulation movements, associated with the implementation of the unit's political tasks such as: "Border Guard women are good at national affairs and good at housework", "Border Guard women are united, creative, and complete their tasks well", "Accompanying Border Guard women"... attracting over 100% of cadres and members to participate.

Since the beginning of the term, the Women's Union has organized over 60 political activities and thematic study sessions, attracting 100% of members to participate, contributing to raising awareness, mettle, will and responsibility of members in response to new tasks. Members strictly comply with State laws, military discipline and unit regulations; proactively coordinate with Women's Unions at all levels to mobilize materials and funds to support members and women starting businesses with models such as raising breeding goats, breeding cows... All models have brought good results. Mobilizing resources to donate 1,043 gifts and necessities worth over 273 million VND and hundreds of millions of VND to support poor women, children, policy families, and students in border areas.

At the conference, delegates discussed and proposed good and creative ways to strengthen and perfect the organization of the Association; how to choose appropriate activities, associated with the emulation movement to win and campaigns launched by all levels... set out directions and goals for the 2025 - 2030 term, in which the focus is on implementing 8 main targets such as: 100% of Association officials are trained in women's work; 100% of members are equipped with digital skills, participating in safe interactions in the digital environment; 100% of member families meet the criteria of "5 yes, 3 clean" and the title of "Cultural family"; the Association builds and maintains at least 1 club/model to build happy families; builds 1 - 2 new models to support women and children in border areas...

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Cong Thanh - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command acknowledged and commended the outstanding results and achievements that female cadres and members at all levels in the Border Guard force have achieved in the past time. At the same time, he suggested that in the new term, the Women's Union continue to promote emulation movements and campaigns associated with the political tasks of the unit; focus on building advanced models and typical examples, replicating the examples of "Outstanding Women", "Three Good Women's Union" to create motivation to strive in the entire force; strengthen coordination with all levels, sectors, local Women's Unions, effectively implement the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" in the new period...
