Huawei launches Watch GT 4, rival to Apple Watch Series 9

Huawei has just launched a high-end smartwatch called the Watch GT 4, priced from 250 Euros, which is considered a competitor to the Apple Watch Series 9.

The Huawei Watch GT 4 comes in two different sizes: 41mm and 46mm. The 41mm version features a 1.32-inch AMOLED display and a battery that can last for 7 days. It uses an 18mm strap and has a minimalist design, making it suitable for women.

The 46mm version has a more robust appearance with its octagonal design.

The Watch GT 4 smartwatch supports dual-band location services. The device also integrates advanced TruSeen 5.5 Plus health tracking technology, including tracking heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen levels, menstrual cycles, and daily step count or calorie burn.

Huawei states that this high-end product line meets IP68 dust resistance and 5ATM water resistance standards. Additionally, the Watch GT 4 also features an Always On Display function. Similar to its predecessors, the Watch GT 4 can connect to both Android and iOS smartphones.

The Watch GT 4 starts at 250 Euros in the European market. The top-of-the-line 46mm version, featuring a stainless steel bezel and band, costs 350 Euros. The Watch GT4 will compete directly with rivals such as the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Series.
