Instructions for logging in to VNeID to receive 100,000 VND/person to celebrate Independence Day

The Ministry of Public Security implements the service of linking accounts to receive social security payments according to the policies of the Party and State on the VNeID application.

The Prime Minister has just issued Official Dispatch No. 149/CD-TTg dated August 28, 2025 on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Accordingly, Vietnamese citizens are given 100,000 VND/person for the whole population to celebrate Independence Day.

The State Bank of Vietnam directs relevant units and commercial banks to make payments (transfer or direct) as soon as possible, to be completed before National Day September 2, 2025.

The Ministry of Public Security implements the service of linking accounts to receive social security payments according to the policies of the Party and State on the VneID application.

People take the following steps to receive social security benefits:

Step 1: Log in to VneID - select "Social Security" - select "Social Security Account".

Step 2: Select beneficiary bank.

Step 3: Enter the beneficiary bank account number and click agree to share data.

Step 4: Submit request successfully and receive confirmation result from VneID.
